What the offer covers

The commercial terms in plain language

No separate setup fee

Standard implementation, onboarding, calibration, and maintenance are included economically in the agent subscription.

The first 90 days are the commitment

The initial three months are prepaid. After that period, the subscription continues monthly with 30 days' cancellation notice.

Case participation and naming permission are separate

The founding rate requires a public or mutually agreed anonymized case. Permission to use a company name, logo, quote, testimonial, metric, or identifiable result is requested separately.

Third-party costs stay with the client

Model usage, media spend, platform accounts, and third-party products or services are paid separately unless the agreement says otherwise.
