01 / Before the work begins

An agent that starts with your business context.

Before the first task, we give your specialist a working understanding of your business: what you sell, who you serve, how your brand speaks and what success looks like. That context carries into the ongoing work.

Share the context

At onboarding, share your brand documents, visual style, tone of voice, audience, offers and examples of good work. We organize them into the agent’s working context.

Connect your tools

We connect the tools your role needs through supported APIs: ad accounts, analytics, email or Shopify. Together, we set access, budget limits and approval rules.

Review, refine, repeat

The agent prepares the work; you approve or leave corrections. Your feedback refines its working instructions and brand context for the next tasks. Update the context as your business changes.

02 / The recurring work

What keeps pulling you back into the day-to-day?

Once your agent has the context, it can take on the recurring work in its role. You review the output and guide what happens next.

03 / See the handoff

From campaign data to the next approved test.

Illustrative example, not a client result. The first workflow is agreed around your tools and review process.

  1. 01 / Review

    Your campaign week, already reviewed

The agent reviews connected ad account data against your goals and flags campaigns that need attention.

  2. 02 / Prepare

The next test, ready to inspect

Using your product facts, brand voice and previous feedback, it prepares ad copy variations and a proposed test with budget limits.

  3. 03 / Approve

    You choose what moves forward

Review the proposal, leave corrections or approve the creative, audience and spend. Changes follow your agreed approval process.

  4. 04 / Repeat

The next cycle builds on your feedback

The agent reports on the agreed period and prepares the next iteration using the results and your corrections.

Discuss this ads workflow

Start with Ads. Add email, Shopify updates or another role when you need more of the recurring work covered.

04 / Client work

What has already been put to work.

Podavach

Email and storefront work, shipped.

Nine email flows, 120+ products added and 100+ ad creatives: cumulative output reported from the client operation, with an operator directing the crew.

Measurement dates and source exports are not public. These are work totals, not revenue attribution or subscription quotas.

Eversolid

A stronger store foundation.

Completed at the case snapshot: a 242-keyword semantic core, 174 localization records and two abandoned-checkout recovery bugs fixed.

The other 90-day figures in this case are targets. A measured 90-day readout has not been published.

Read the Eversolid case

These cases describe individual crew implementations. Today’s five standard roles have their own agreed scope; historical crew configurations are not a standard bundle.

Your existing tools

Keep your Shopify storefront moving with your campaigns.

Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta appear in our ecommerce cases. We check your exact stack, permissions and types of changes before setup, using your product data as the source of truth.

Customer support, inventory operations, fulfillment and unrestricted development are not automatically included in a marketing role. We agree a useful first task, then expand only where the scope fits.

Discuss your store’s setup

Before you choose your first role.

Do we need all five roles?

Start with one useful task and its specialist. Add another role when there is a clear need, a working operator and an agreed scope.

What do you need to get started?

Your business context, brand documents, visual style, tone of voice and the tools your role needs. During onboarding, we connect supported APIs and agree permissions, priorities and who approves the work.

Who approves publishing and budget changes?

Your team owns priorities and approvals. Any automatic action needs explicit permission and agreed limits; it is not the default for every workflow.

Can you work with our ecommerce stack?

We confirm the exact platforms, access and changes before setup. A platform appearing in a case is not a guarantee that every integration or operation fits a standard role.

What is included in the subscription?

Standard implementation, onboarding and maintenance are included. Third-party platforms, media spend and model usage are separate. See current pricing for the role you choose.

Find your first ecommerce workflow

We'll clarify the role, operator, tools, permissions, and first scenarios. If a standard role fits, we price it clearly; if not, we'll say so.
