Everything that keeps the agent running and improving: 24/7 monitoring of crew health, API maintenance when platforms change their endpoints, model updates when better models ship, drift handling when Shopify or Klaviyo change their APIs, plus ongoing tuning to your data. Your team never becomes AI infrastructure engineers. It does not cover AI model usage: you bring your own model keys, so tokens are billed directly by your providers.
