02 · Implementation
We deploy inside the subscription
We connect the agreed tools, load the required context, configure the role and approvals, then calibrate the first scenarios with your operator.
03 · Changes and support
Maintenance is included
We maintain and repair the accepted capability. Each agent also includes up to three active hours of configuration, adaptation, or new-scenario work per month, pooled per client and not rolled over. Extra work is agreed separately.
04 · Your operating role
Your team stays in charge
Octocrew implements and maintains the agent. Your named operator sets priorities, supplies context, uses the agent, and owns timely approvals. Autonomy expands only for scenarios that have been tested and observed.

When a standard role does not fit
The preflight leaves you with a useful standalone assessment: feasibility, proposed architecture, systems, permissions, risks, preliminary scope, acceptance direction, estimate, and the recommended first scenario.
The fee is credited in full toward implementation purchased within 30 days. A preflight does not guarantee that Octocrew will accept the project.
Questions before you choose
Is implementation included?
Yes. Standard implementation, onboarding, and bounded adaptation are included economically in the subscription. There is no separate setup fee for a standard agent.
What does the subscription maintain?
The accepted role capability in the agreed scope: triage, Octocrew-controlled repairs, compatible updates, and the agreed support channel. Business-hour first-response targets and exact service terms are confirmed in the engagement agreement.
What does the client pay separately?
The client pays model API usage, advertising accounts and media spend, and third-party products or services required for its implementation. The agreement records the relevant accounts and any exceptions.
What if an agent does not pass acceptance?
We first remediate the issue or agree a revised scope. If an Octocrew-controlled issue prevents the affected agent from passing the written acceptance scenarios and no revised scope is agreed, the engagement follows the refund path in its signed agreement.
Does the agent guarantee output or results?
No. The subscription maintains an agreed capability. It does not guarantee a fixed number of posts, campaigns, pages, hours, leads, revenue, ROAS, rankings, reach, or fully autonomous operation.
Can we start with one agent?
Yes. Start with the specialist that matches the clearest capability gap. Add another role after the first agent has useful scenarios, an active operator, and a stable approval process.
